Making official information easy to understand, keeping up with economic news, managing a region with its own data.
A regional authority
NEOBuilt into the region’s website, the assistant tells each resident which grants they may be entitled to, in plain language and with the supporting documents.
Grant regulations are long and technical. The assistant works from these official texts, rephrases them without jargon and points to the exact passage.
Residents get their answer straight away, and staff receive fewer repetitive questions.
Business France
NEOSummaries generated from selected sources, so teams can follow market news without spending their days on it.
NEO gathers the information, sorts it and drafts summaries that the teams review and add to.
Looking up past information becomes a simple question asked in everyday language.
Val de Loire Numérique
DataA visualisation platform fed by the public Wi-Fi hotspots at tourist sites across the area.
Allonia designed the processing that turns the raw data into indicators of visitor journeys, then the platform as a whole.
Now in operation, it helps the area adjust its strategy for attracting visitors.

In critical environments, every result has to be justified. AI sorts, detects and flags; the decision stays with people.
Omexom NDT Engineering & Services
NEXUSAutomatically spotting abnormal signals in steam generator inspections, so analysts can focus on the cases that matter.
The number of inspections is growing faster than the number of trained analysts. The AUTEND project, backed by France Relance and run with the LAUM laboratory, is developing a tool to support the analysis.
Every detection is explained: that is what it takes for an AI tool to be used in the nuclear industry.
A manufacturer
NEOProduction quality, product tracking and maintenance: an agent that answers from the factory’s own data, in a closed environment.
Production data had to stay within the company. NEO was deployed in a dedicated secure environment.
Product, production and maintenance teams get the right information without searching through several tools.
03 · Retail and customer service
Understanding a request, finding the right product, preparing the right reply: tasks repeated thousands of times a day, where specialised models make the difference.
E-commerce
ModelsCustomers describe what they are looking for in their own words; the models understand the request, apply the right filters and answer from the catalogue.
One model analyses the request, another picks the catalogue filters, and a third writes the answer, citing only products that actually exist.
Because they are specialised, these models are faster and cheaper than one large general-purpose model.
Customer service
NEOTickets arrive anonymised, NEO drafts the reply from resolved cases, and the adviser checks it and sends it.
Connected to the ticketing tool, NEO masks personal data, looks up answers already given and drafts a reply.

Internal teams
NEOHR, IT, sales, marketing: every team finds the right procedure or document without digging through the intranet.
Each department’s documents feed dedicated agents. Answers cite their sources and respect access rights.
Fewer repeat questions for support teams, more time for everything else.
04 · Finance
When data is scarce, a well-designed model makes the most of the signals that are available.
Mobilize Financial Services
NEXUSFor very small businesses under three years old, with no balance sheet, existing scores lacked data. The new model automatically approves more applications without increasing risk.
The model was integrated into the IT systems of Renault’s financing subsidiary, faster than other comparable integrations.
Document analysis
NEOFinding the paragraph that answers a question among thousands of documents, and producing a reliable summary of it.
NEO selects the relevant documents, extracts the useful passages and writes a summary that links back to each source.
05 · Transport and logistics
General-purpose models knew little about the sector’s rules. A specialised assistant, built on expert knowledge, does better.
AI CARGO
NEOA specialised conversational agent, branded for AI CARGO, that gives the advice of a transport expert, drawing on a library built up by specialists.
The assistant covers the sector’s international standards and regulations. Users go straight to the resources they need to cut the carbon footprint of their shipments.
All teams
ModelsContracts, manuals, correspondence with partners: models hosted in France translate and summarise large volumes of documents.
Documents are prepared, translated and then reviewed by the teams concerned, without ever leaving a controlled environment.
