We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Cookies and local storage
The site sets no cookies. If you pause the animations, that choice is saved in your browser’s local storage (key allonia-motion) so that it applies on other pages too. This information stays on your device, is never sent to us and can be cleared from your browser settings.
Recipients
Your messages are read by authorised staff at Allonia and the Pertimm group. They pass through our business email system; the site itself is hosted in the European Union by Hetzner Online (see the legal notice).
If a service provider outside the European Union were ever involved, the transfer would be covered by the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Security
The site is only available over HTTPS and uses strict security headers. Access to the messages we receive is limited to the people who need it to reply to you.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing and to data portability, as well as the right to give instructions on what happens to your data after your death.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@pertimm.com with the subject “Personal data”. We will reply within one month. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr (opens in a new tab)).

This policy may change, for example if the site adds new features. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page.
