These terms govern the use of the Site. By browsing it, you accept them.

Purpose of the Site

The Site presents Allonia, its products (the models, NEO and NEXUS), its use cases and its research programmes, and lets you contact its teams. Nothing is sold online: the Site has no user accounts and takes no payments.

Access

The Site is available free of charge to anyone with internet access. We do our best to keep it available but cannot guarantee that it always will be: it may be interrupted, in particular for maintenance or for security reasons.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site in good faith and in accordance with the law. In particular, you must not:

• attempt to access the Site or its servers without authorisation, or disrupt its operation;
• extract its content on a large scale by automated means, other than normal indexing by search engines;
• reproduce or reuse its content beyond what the Intellectual property section allows.

General information

The content of the Site is provided for information only. It is neither an offer nor a contractual commitment: any service is subject to a written contract.

The interfaces shown on the Site are illustrations, not screenshots of our products or of client projects.

Intellectual property

The Site and each of its elements (text, graphics, logos, product names, layout, illustrations and source code) are protected by intellectual property law. Unless stated otherwise, they belong to ALLONIA or the Pertimm group.

Any reproduction, representation or adaptation of all or part of the Site without prior written permission is prohibited and may constitute infringement under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code. Short quotations that clearly state their source remain permitted within the limits set by law.

The names and trademarks of the clients, partners and programmes mentioned belong to their respective owners.

• Illustrations: created for the Site, with no third-party photographs.

Liability and links

We take care to ensure that the information published is accurate, but cannot guarantee that it is always complete or up to date. ALLONIA cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Site or from being unable to access it.

The Site contains links to other websites, including pertimm.com and LinkedIn. We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for it. You may link to the Site, provided that the link does not open it inside a frame and is not misleading.

Personal data

The Site sets no cookies and uses no analytics tools. Details of the data we process when you write to us, and of how to exercise your rights, are given in the privacy policy.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice and these terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt to settle it amicably, the matter will be brought before the competent courts of Paris, subject to the mandatory rules that apply to consumers.
